Students will prepare a diary entry written in the point-of-view of any character in the novel (big or small, human or non-human). The students may choose any part of the novel to write about in their journal entry. Students should focus on tone and voice while writing. Students may draw a picture to emphasize their diary entry but it should not draw away from the main focus: the entry itself.
